Sparking courage

Through coaching, you can discover your purpose or what I call your ‘five’ for life (how you want to live your life).

When you know where you’re heading, planning the journey becomes easier, and the chances of achieving your goals increase. Since coaching is a part of what I’ve discovered for myself, I’d love to share it with you.

My Purpose: I help others take bold steps through coaching techniques and honest communication, always focusing on creativity and flow in everyday life.

My story

Studies & Life on three continents

At sixteen, I went abroad for the first time to study. Learning in a classroom with native speakers from England was challenging, and I nearly didn’t make it through that year.

I spent the last two years of high school in Italy with students from over a hundred nationalities. Discussions with people from different countries, where conditions were truly diverse, taught me to appreciate what I have even more.

Thanks to a scholarship, I studied communication at a university in Spain. I eagerly took advantage of exchange programs that led me to Australia for six months and Mexico for another six. I moved between continents on my own, experiencing two completely different worlds.

Present

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, which confirmed that my mental processes are not just a part of my personality, but something I can now manage effectively most of the time.

Always eager for new challenges, I’ve begun studying for an MBA in Sustainability, Leadership & Innovation, with a focus on Organizational Psychology.

Currently, my primary focus is on coaching. I’m also involved with a charitable foundation. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog Tuli, traveling, and trying new sports—this year, I’m training for my first half-marathon.

Beginning

I grew up in a small village near Prague. I have always loved sports and music and had a million different hobbies (that still stick with me today). Plus, having four siblings taught me to thrive in a dynamic family environment.

Returning to Prague

After seven years abroad, I returned to Prague to focus on family and build long-term relationships—something that had always been challenging due to my frequent travels.

I then discovered the world of marketing, exploring both corporate and startup environments to find my niche. Within a year, I was leading my first team, and soon after, I was managing two diverse teams. This journey brought many successes and mistakes, all of which I strived to learn from. Through a leadership academy, I discovered coaching and began to delve deeply into this field.

Personal development & new purpose

With a coach’s guidance, I began questioning what truly fulfils me and gives my life meaning. This led me to significant decisions. I began a course at the Neuroleadership Academy and successfully completed the Brain-based Advanced training.

I left my corporate job, focused on personal development, and gained initial experience as a coach. I also partially relocated to Spain to enjoy the sunshine.
